1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of FindYourCommunity.de, including accounts, community profiles, votes, likes, API features, Premium and advertising bookings.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure. Accounts may not be used for abuse, manipulation, spam, unlawful activity or attempts to bypass security mechanisms.
3. Community profiles and content
Community owners are responsible for the content they publish, including text, images, links, logos, server information, mods, rates, news and events. Content must not violate laws, third-party rights or these terms.
We may hide, restrict or remove profiles or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, harmful, spam-like or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.
4. Votes, likes and rankings
Votes, likes, lists and rankings are intended to help players discover communities. Manipulation, automated actions, artificial interaction, multi-account abuse or circumvention of protection systems are not allowed.
We may review suspicious interactions, remove invalid actions and use protection mechanisms to keep results fair.
5. Premium, advertising and payments
Paid features may include Premium upgrades for accounts or advertising bookings for community profiles. Prices, duration and included features are shown before checkout and calculated server-side.
A booking is created only after successful payment confirmation. Paid visibility does not guarantee a specific number of visitors, clicks, likes, votes, registrations or player joins.
6. Availability
We aim to operate the platform reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, abuse protection, external services or force majeure may temporarily limit access.
7. Rights to content
Users retain their rights to their own content. By publishing content, you grant us the rights needed to operate, display, promote and technically process the platform.
8. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or delete accounts, community profiles or individual content if these terms, legal requirements or third-party rights are violated.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, missed player joins, ranking losses, interrupted advertising effects, data loss, external server outages or issues outside our control.
